Merchandising Leader

Acts as lead and provides guidance to merchandising team members that drive exceptional customer service and execution of operational tasks.
- Duties may change and team members may be required to perform other duties or roles as assigned
- Assists director with daily planning of operational tasks assigned to the production line.
- Assists with departmental zoning by providing support, guidance and overseeing the recovery process.
- Oversees special or ongoing process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior.
- Executes plan to ensure team members are compliant with established policies and procedures, and applicable laws.

Work Experiences:

- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience required- In-direct support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and expected sales targets.

Skills:
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Excellent customer service orientation; an effective problem solver and communicator with customers and team members
- Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence
- Read, interpret and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and instructions, planning and procedure manuals
