Merchant Operations Senior Associate

Scope of Work:
The Merchant Operations Senior Associate is responsible for managing operations to ensure incoming merchant inquiries are solved following aligned SLA, providing best support to Merchants in a timely manner in Ha Noi as well as engaging in communication with Merchants to develop the Ha Noi Merchant Community
Job Description:
Operation:

Carry out commercial activities related to POS devices in Ha Noi;
Build guideline & procedures (within team & cross team) to ensure smooth running of end to end merchant operation in Ha Noi;
Collaborate extensively with other teams to manage all issue related to merchant in Ha Noi; commit to the overall target of listing contracted merchant and style standard, and aligned SLA with stakeholders;

Set-up the goal, plan, resources, and working flows for the team aligned with Merchant Operations strategy and target;
Act on behalf of Merchant Operation Lead Ha Noi when necessary.

Community:

Enhance merchant engagement and sentiment by planning and executing neutralization plan, implementing community/engagement campaigns with Merchant Communications Operation team in HCMC, and monitoring community KPI in Ha Noi;
Continuously improve deep understanding of merchants and food delivery platforms by monitoring community metrics, and studying merchants’ behaviors in Ha Noi.

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

Effective Communication, team management & Training and Coaching;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations/Customer experience/Communication;
A Bachelor’s degree of economics or related field;
Strong operation mindset, problem-solving and resourcefulness, hard-working;

Good at communication in English;
Creative thinking, analytical thinking, flexibility, and adaptability;
Proficient in MS Office Skills, Data analytics (Excel, Big Query, etc);
Willingness, Open minded, Responsibility, Thoughtful, Energetic, Customer-centric mindset, Continued learning spirit.
