Middle/Senior Java Backend Engineers

In the responsible position of the Java Backend Engineer, the future position holder is responsible to build the next generation of APIs and Services. As a Java Backend Engineer, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of our backend components to ensure stabilization and enable our exclusive services for our customers.
Challenge:

Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems fromend-to-end

Design, build and maintain APIs, services, frontends, and systems across HRS&039; engineering teams

Build new features for internal and external users

Work with engineers across the company to build new features and services atlarge-scale

Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you willencounter

Strong backend engineering background withmore than 3 yearsof relevant, on-the-jobexperience

Enjoyment for being a generalist working on our backend (mostly Java 8), with good knowledge of AWSservices, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users

Knowledge & skills in systems and services and writing high-quality code. We work mostly in Java and React.However, languages can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language or framework

Expertise in AWScloud engineering. We still have some legacy; however, we are on a journey to a cloud-native, serverless, and NoOps environment. We need your expertise to bring usthere
