Mô tả công việc

Controls of empty bottles by collection from floor, count against the number of sale, return to bottle store.
Responsible for daily requisition from General store per guest consumption of Mini Bar items.
3 Checks to refill Mini Bar items in all guest rooms daily.
Fills in full par of stock in vacant room.
Assists guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests.
Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
Completes tasks as directed by Management.
Maintains good relations with Housekeeping staff and other interfacing departments.
Creates and maintains floral arrangements.
Keeps trolleys in good condition and clean as well as the store area.
Reports to Supervisor of spoiled items for proper procedure of written document.
Operates equipment safety and sensibly.
Ensures compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
Anticipates guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems.
Complies with hotel&039;s health, safety and hygiene policy and adhere conduct, personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Recycles where possible.
Maintains Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately.
Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping.
Ensure that all Mini Bar items are fresh (not expire).
Demonstrates hotel rules and regulations.
Reports damages and malfunctions to floor supervisor.
Perform other task assigned based on the hotel needs or requirements.
Reports unusual behaviors / activities to supervisor.
Actively participates in organized meetings.
Completes guest consumption report per shift.
Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
Complies with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
Demonstrates Marriott&039;s core values under all circumstances.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the hotel, public areas, restrooms and surrounds layout order to assist guests.
Stores equipment in appropriate storage areas.
Works in line with business requirements
Maintains stock levels.
Completes monthly inventory as requirement.
Report guest complaints to supervisor immediately.
Ensures you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Knowledge/Skill:

Polite, courteous and helpful. Must be organized and structured.

Education: Graduate at least from high school (Housekeeping Certificate is preferred).
Experience: Experience in Housekeeping department in 1 year at the same position is preferred.
