GENERAL
Department : Finance
Reports to : MIS Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONManaging and supporting on company applications and relating software system

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
2 Closing support: Actively attend to month-end, year-end process with users in order to ensure the operation is accurate and on-time.
1 Company application management: Managing, optimize and develop current applications are ERP, FuturMaster, Maximo, Dealer Information System, RSEM, CMS and related applications
5 Other tasks: Monitor and attend to all issues related to other assigned tasks;
3 Development: To maintain, develop and enhance the efficiency of the system, by providing fix, training and new report, development to meet the request from management.
4 Daily support: Support end-users on their daily operation i.e develop new reports, troubleshoot if error occurred

- Inter-company communication with all business departments
- Knowledge of network, operating system and office applications.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experiences in commercial and good knowledge of business process in MNC company
- Responsibility thinking & working
- Must have very good knowledge or experiences of Computer programming or software development environment: MS Access, MS SQL, .Net, XML, Java, Crystal Report, File Maker;
- Bachelor&039;s degree in information technology and/or computer science
- Good communication, dynamic and team work manner
- Conversant English (speaking and writing)
