MIS Project Manager

• Responsible for managing IT projects throughout its life cycle, including requirements management, resources planning, prioritization, budget monitoring, clients’ expectation management, system design, change management, contingency planning, risk assessment and mitigation.
• Oversee project risks, identifies, determines, and recommends risk mitigation solution on projects and implements as appropriate.
• Implement and maintain a professional network of leading program and project planners for sharing of best practice, benchmarking, innovative use of advanced technology and data analytics in the field of portfolio, program, and project management
• Manage project execution, communicate project progress and issues to project stakeholders, including analytical reports, presentations, and other documentations as necessary throughout the project delivery process.
• Develop processes and tools to objectively analyze and assess internal and external projects and program schedules, works, critical corporate asset, interfaces and interdependencies according to best practices as well as the Corporation’s requirements
• Support the establishment of enterprise-wide assurance and compliance framework and processes to ensure program, project planning and scheduling activities are technically adequate and reliable, and critical asset and resource utilization is also optimized
• Oversee the quality of project / systems deliverables.
• Maintains a measurable and quality of project deliverables within defined and agreed upon project requirements.

• Able to communicate well on both technical and business level, and effectively manage IT development teams, users, and vendors.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Proven track record in delivering mega projects with high complexity and interaction with different stakeholders including senior management and government officials
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills as well as proven communication and report writing skills
• Proven track records in driving enterprise systems architecture design and implementation.
• Can travel frequently to China and Cambodia
• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, minimum 10 years&039; working experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years at a management position, experience in Manufacturing industry and Garment is an advantage.
