MIS Reporting Senior Officer

Key responsibilities
1.Prepare periodic report (monthly, weekly, daily…) and adhoc to support Operation management and business.
2.Understand and analyze complex requirement, structure data and develop Microsoft application (excel and access) to have report meet business requirement.
3.Modify/ adjust the develop application when there is business change or issue.
4.Consolidate and preparing Operations packages reporting for OPs Executive Management.
5.Fulfilling internal or external audit requirements, as needed.
6.Review and verify produced reports by junior staff.
7.Coaching or training business process, technical and system to junior staff.
8.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities about business, soft skills and technical skills; reading material related insurance.
9.Work with other section such as IT, CS, … to complete related tasks.
10.Support / back up reports when team member absent.
11.Any other duties as assigned
Responsibility:
Coordinating/ cooperating with OP sections and other department in making/ verifying/ sending reports to support OP management and push sales.
1. Being responsible for daily and ad hoc reports of OP sections, arrange working schedule in priority to make sure that all the assigned tasks could be handled effectively & efficiently.
2.Being responsible sending report timely meet high TAT, Accuracy and Quality.
3.Creativity in using some application such as Access to build programs to run report quickly and exactly.
4.Make sure all report is met condition and requirements.
5.Training or coaching to new staff/ report handover to make sure the entire trainee understand and they can do well after training period meet high quality.
6.Define and analyze the complex requirements.
7.Control quality of report by review or verify reports for specialist.
8.Be willing to continuously improve technical and soft skills.
9.Be positive, maintain and promote team working spirit.
