Mixed-Use & Commercial Real Estate Development Manager

- To research information of mixed-used and commercial real estate market and prepare reports on the real estate market in Vietnam; be capable of understanding and analysis for consultant reports.
- To search information of potential projects for mixed-use and commercial building
- Manage the approval and permitting phase of the development process and ensure approvals are in line with company requirements. Maintain positive relationships with jurisdictions and planning commissions to ensure same.
- Other duties assigned by General Marketing Director
- Thoroughly understand procedure/process in mixed-use and commercial projects investment
- To search available land which is suitable for mixed-use (combined of hotel, office, shopping mall, retail, residential, etc.) and commercial building
- Thoroughly understand related regulations/laws in development of mixed-use and commercial projects
- To set up and maintain positive relationships with high - level government officers, Stated Owned Economic Groups, international organizations, Vietnamese construction companies and sub-contractors

* MUST HAVE: AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF THE DEVELOPMENT FOR MIXED-USE AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
* MUST HAVE: AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF SEARCHING AVAILABLE LAND which is suitable for mixed-use (combined of hotel, office, shopping mall, retail, residential, etc.) and commercial building
- Experience in obtaining projects licenses(including adjustment of Master Plan) and developing at least 2 mixed-use or commercial projects
- Knowledge of local and state level laws and regulations regarding real estate development
- Positive relationship with local developer and real estate management company for development
- Ability to present to large groups of people
- At least BA/BS (university) degree in related field
- To be fluent in English, both verbal and written
- No restrictions in domestic and overseas business trip
- Knowledge of Feasibility Study and Financing for mixed-use and commercial development
- Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and project management
