Description:

As a Mobile Application full-stack software engineer, you will be working across disciplines within the Engineering team, and staying involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, starting from design, deployment and operations.

Our product runs on AWS EC and S3 services using docker on Linux in the cloud, with software infrastructure on Node.js, running JavaScript as the MVC component and PostgreSQL with GIS extension as the database.

Code reviews and deployments are done on BitBucket. The company runs on an agile environment and deployments are done regularly in a fortnightly sprint.

Front end responsibilities involve

· Maintaining and enhancing the front end architecture

· Visualisation of GIS data involving leaflet/mapbox & WebGL

· Recommend & implement enhancements to user experience in collaboration with the designers and product manager

· Creation & maintenance of automated test cases

Back end responsibilities involve:

· Maintaining and enhancing architecture & APIs for the following

· Data management and processing of GIS data processing pipeline

· Design, construct, install, test and maintain (ETL) data management systems

· Integration with our payment gateway vendor

· AWS management & automation

· Creation & maintenance of automated test cases

· Scaling & improving/enhancing of database design

Yêu cầu công việc

The candidate must be skilled in the following & involved in the relevant industry:

· Good software engineering practices & high level knowledge on software architecture

· Strong fundamentals with Javascript frameworks like React JS, Python, TensorFlow and Git

· Experience with unit, integration and automation of test cases

· Write clean, reusable code

· Experience with UX design implementation

· Familiar with integration with third party services / vendors for payments & marketing

Requirements

· Computer Science / Information Technology background

· Agile mindset

· Keen eye in design & data

· Dedicated, disciplined, and with a focus on excellence

· Excellent Team player

· 1-2 years’ experience Development experience with Mobile Application on both Android and IOS using modern libraries including (but not limited to) Reactive Native, Swift, and Go
