Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts
- Monitor MT Budget.
- Develop and keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP)
- Develop, sell, and execute CDAs with identified customers.
- Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired
- Call on all wiring assignments as planned
- Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment
Execute plans with assigned customers
- Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary
- Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations
- Communicate standards and customer commitment to the field
- Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis
- Call on each customer per customer wiring plan
- Get customer feedback-direct phone-MT.
Identify & Win New Business
- Co-ordinate and acquire new business
- Align the system to call on new accounts & outlet
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets
- Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities

- University graduation in any disciplines- Experience of account management and Promotion planning- Communication, Presentation skill. - High ownership - English communication and writing- Competent MS Office
