Mold Design Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

Over 02 years- experience in Molding Design or Plastic Mold design field.
Prefer candidates live in Binh Duong or move to Binh Duong
English: Good in English skills
Degree: Mechanical or related field from University.

NICE TO HAVE:

Know how to select the proper tool for each measure, use it in an accurate way and create fully documented metrology reports.
Understand all the functions of a mold, the way it is manufactured and know how to design and layout and select the materials accordingly.
Design in autonomy basic molds including sliders or lifters (3D + 2D) based on concept supplied by Supervisor.
Software: NX Mold Design, Rhino 2D, Solidworks, Mold Flow
Define mold design concepts, select shrinkage and PEG.
Understand mold main functions and create 2D with dimensions and tolerances based on 3D supplied.
