Communicate technical documentation for tooling approve ensure that documentation is aligned with company standard
Track defects and address failure pareto for technical modifications contributing to improvement
Provide technology/methodology to improvement.
Analyze mold flow, simulation software, drawings, and other data to determine scope of work, estimated cost, and lead-time for mold manufacturing.
Evaluates tool designs, drives completion of tool qualifications, first article inspection, cosmetic quality, process validation, failure analysis, process changes and risk analysis.
Provide technical advice and support to mould makers and manufacturers to ensure meet project scope(Budget, Quality..)
Responsibility of troubleshorting injection/stamping process defect like: sink mark, weldline, deformed...

5 years of experience in a mold/die engineering role
Good English
"-Deep understanding and experience with all phases of plastic part design, specializing in tooling
Bachelor&039;s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
design"
-Demonstrated experience with high-polish cosmetic surfaces. White colored plastic is a plus
-Experience using statistical analysis tools(DoE, Cpk, Cmk…)
-Skill and Knowledge in mold manufacturing process like CAM(milling, EDM), Assembly…
-Have an in -depth understanding of plastics(PC, ABS, PP, TPE…) mold injection processes
-Familiar with ISO/AITF16946 system, six sigma, lean... is advance
-Can use 2D/3D CAD sofware like Catia, inventor…
-Knowledge and experience in injection mold flow CAE//FEM
