■Job description

We are looking for an Bridge System Engineer[BrSE] who are strong experiences in web-based application and able to take care multiple projects with high performance to produce functional web system solutions. You will work directly with Japanese business team to decide product roadmap, define requirements and lead projects to get success. In this role, you have to work independently with little supervision. You should have good organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in project management or product manager, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to lead projects to develop high-quality web-based applications that are aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsible for

○ Communicate with Japanese business team to clearly user needs and

business goals (by Japanese)

○ Collaborate with team members to lead projects to get success.

○ Developing high-quality software design and architecture with detail

documents.

○ Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.

○ Implement programs and applications by producing clean, efficient code.

○ Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to

ensure strong optimization and functionality.

○ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure product always is high

performance and up-to-date with latest technologies.

● Strong experience in Requirement Analysis, System Design, Test Design.

● Strong experience in Web Product Development in Japan(>3 years)

● Strong Japanese Communication skills

■Working time

Mon-Fri：8:30-17:30
