To provide first level support, user training, new customer set up, system enhancements, release coordination and interaction.
To have responsibility for Kuehne + Nagel Standard system, business objects reporting tool and ancillary systems for all road logistics operations in Vietnam.

SYSTEM
Functional
First level support
Understand TMS application and configure the same. Preparation and follow up of open issue list
Gathers information from the system, analyses program and time requirement, and prepares documentation to change existing programs.
Frequent audit, whether users are operating the system right and most effectively Observing and maintaining data quality
Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
Technical
System implementation support and development
Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
Codes, tests, debug, implements, and documents programs. Assists in resolving production support problems (L1 Support).
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Ensure effective systems utilization in correlation with optimal operational infrastructure
Acts as project resource
PROCESS
Develop and generate standardized and tailor made solutions
Ensure efficiency to the Road Logistics Business, by continuously optimizing the operations, increases productivity by implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets.
Consult and drive process improvement activities in Road Logistics
Align process between Road Logistics and other BU
Support the creation and manage documents of Road Logistics’s operation processes, working instructions, customer’s SOP
Control national road logistics operational processes to ensure optimal “work flow” structure is implemented Analyse, document and implement national projects and create transparency of progress and results.
Ensure usage of standard tools and methods in country/countries to generate clarity and transparency Report progress and status to the national management.
