.Net Developer (Mid- Senior)

Be responsible for unit testing
Do POC & present about new technologies or technical solution for new project
Develop and update technical and design documentation
Develop team’s competency through training, research, demo…
Support recruitment activities
Support for technical issues across different projects
Evaluate solutions, technologies and software products to determine their feasibility and desirability
Mentor junior member and review their code
Be responsible for solution design and estimation
Implement requirement following standard & best practices (optimize + consider security/performance aspect)

Handle multiple assignment
Ability to lead small team (< 7 members)
Good experience with source control, change management, defect tracking, creating deployment artifacts.
Present solution to customer
Experience in design tool / language (UML, Visio etc.)
Strong experience in Software Development Process
Experience in design pattern
Hands-on practice with ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, Entity Framework or NHibernate, SQL Server or T-SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript OOP and jQuery
Ability to consult and handle relationship with customer
Good English communication skill
Good knowledge of either .NET Windows Forms, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET Web API, SSRS, SSIS…
Experience in unit testing
2 - 5 years of working experience in related .NET/C technologies
Ability to work independently and good team player
Strong experience in common DBMS / database design
