How Will You Make a Difference?

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Drive technical solution design, estimation, and delivery while ensuring alignment with the architecture and strategy.
Collaborate and work closely with talented Swiss architects. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working with Agile methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of relational database in SQL Server
Solid experience in web development and passion for building technology products.
Enjoys mentoring team members of all levels; is interested in raising technical expertise throughout the team.
Experience building responsive and elegant applications that are scalable.
Strong communication skills in English.
Expertise in front-end development (TS, Angular...)
Expertise in back-end development (.Net Core, Microservices...).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience solving algorithm challenges that involve non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
Experience in Azure and React is a plus.
