New Business Manager/ Intrapreneur

Objective
As the New business Manager, you are an entrepreneur inside a large company. You are the leader of all new business initiated inside Maison Retail management International company. You will strategize, create and launch new initiatives until they are ready to be taken over by the execution teams to scale.
Results measurement
Results for this position are measured
· In quality of process and systems put in place to scale those initiatives
· In incremental growth (Both top-line and bottom-line) generated by the new initiatives/businesses
Responsibilities
· Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning
· Manage, recruit, set objectives, coach a team of executives
· Monitor progress by tracking activity; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
· Design strategies and execution plans
· Manage those initiatives as they were their own businesses
· Design processes, SOPs, set SLAs
· Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

· Customer focused
· Proven track record in designing actionable management reports
· Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
· Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done
· Minimum Bachelor&039;s Degree
· Exceptional communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
· 5+ years’ experience in business administration is a must. Experience in fashion Retail is a plus
· Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
· Strong project management and organization skills
· Appetite for risk, reward, and competition
· Entrepreneurial spirit
