• Screening the brightest candidates, contact to invite candidates applying.
• Determine recruitment requirements from Department Managers to understand the necessary information.
• Development and implement HR forecast & recruitment plan.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection activities, seek recruitment sources, interviewing, offers new hires, promotions, transfers, payroll changes and termination of employment decisions.
• First interview candidates to know more about their work experience, skills;
• Complete all the records of qualified candidates (Offer letter, pass probation, Labor contract ...)
• Search for suitable candidates through the following sources;

• Taking care of induction program for new staff.
• Implement introduction training and soft skill training program for new staffs.
• Administering training and development programs.
• Assisting HR Team Manager in planning, developing training and development programs.

Training & Development

Co-operate and support C&B Executive to handle following activities:

• Control monthly payroll and annual bonus to ensure payment is done correctly and in time.
• Handle annual tax finalization for Foreigner and local staff including communication.
• Professionally handle staff&039;s enquiries on payroll and benefits
• Check social insurance and tax payments and reports in compliance with government/legal requirement.
• Work in partnership with Accounting for appropriate reports and reconciliations

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Laws
• Patient, careful, self-driven, results-oriented, teamwork. Time management, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Bachelor Degree (specialing in HR Management)
• Ability to be under pressure
• Ability to work to deadlines
• At least 4 year experiences in personnel works.
• Ability to show initiative and communicate any relevant issues

* Be available to stay in the Factory and join as soon as possible.
