The Safety Advisor is responsible for controlling and monitoring of all aspects related with health, safety and environment management system of projects.
1, QSE:

Monitoring health and safety performance
Overseeing the development of adequate risk assessments
Plan ahead and support and advise the Site Manager and his/her management team (s) in achieving the requirements of the Project Quality and HSE Plans and the FREYSSINET VIETNAM QSE Procedures for Projects
Make sure the project QSE arrangements are compliant with local QSE legislation and client imposed project-specific contract requirements.
Involving in accident reporting and investigation
Advising management on accident prevention
Providing the QSE related training to the workforce
Promoting a positive health and safety culture

2, Communication:

Participate to the Shift Pre-start Briefing.
Participate to the weekly Project HSE Meeting.
Providing advice and guidance on health and safety standards, procedures.
Make recommendations for improvement.
Communicate effectively at all times about HSE with the client, client’s representative, project consultant, project engineer, local authorities, residents (if applicable), workers and all persons with professionalism, integrity and honesty.

3, Inspection:

Participate to the weekly Project HSE Inspection.
Report outstanding issues to safety manager
Participate to all kinds of safety inspection
Manage QSE audits, if necessary

And other tasks as assigned by the Company/ line manager.

- From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in equivalent position in engineering field.
- Educational background in Labor Protection Civil and/or electrical and/or mechanical engineering at bachelor degree level.
- Good writing skills and conversational ability in English.
- Computer literacy.
