• Help ensure compliance to our Occupational Health and Safety & Quality requirements by performing Internal HSE Audits of several Konecranes and MHE Demag locations spanning all departments.
• Participate in External Audits (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO9001)
• Help with investigations of incidents.
• Administer and support our HSE Performance Management System ARMOR by validating, assigning for investigation, and monitoring topics arising from Observations, Near Misses, Incidents
• Promote ARMOR observation and leading indicator reporting
• To ensure that technician follow relevant PPE wearing and use rules
• Participation in the compiling and delivery of the Safety portion for Toolbox Talks.
• Help develop Emergency Response Plans, new HSE Procedures
• Perform HSE Training Programs and Inductions for managers, employees and contractors where required
• Conduct monthly review meetings with assigned functional managers
• Perform your ad hoc observations and workplace inspections to ensure compliance and to discover new ways to reduce WHS risks.
• Supply information to external Contractor Management providers.
• Support staff with information.
• Support with and provide input to annual reviews and target setting.
• Help distribute information required for HSE Reporting.
• Manage and record location HSE activity.
• Lead Health Promotion Activities for all employees.
• Manage Safety committee meeting and PoWRA activities for all branches
• Deliver required safety training to employees
• Manage medical equipment to follow legal requirements
• Set up OH&S yearly training plan to follow legal requirement.

Safety/Quality qualifications desirable with minimum 5 years experience.
• Knowledge of Safety legal management
• Safety Training knowledge
• Be able to productively engage with employees.
• Reasonable English language Skills

• Working 5 days/week (Monday to Friday); 8 am to 5 pm.
