Nhân Viên Bếp (Chuyên Về Dimsum)

Responsible for basic on the job training with Cuisiner, Commis and Apprentices.
Check all parts of the kitchen, including pot and dishwash areas for cleanliness, order and correct storage.
Control adequate mise en place preparation for next day, sauce, stock, fish etc.
Follow food safety program.
Undertake any additional duties as requested by your Supervisors, Executive Chef or Hotel Management.
Assist in making food requisitions.
Be responsible for minimizing food wastage.
Report any pending problems.
Check and control daily mise en place according to Chef de Cuisine, Libai; Sous Chef, Libai and Chef de Partie.
Be multi skilled with thorough knowledge of all hotel food outlets and menus.
Ensure smooth, prompt and top class service to guests.
Taste and examine food prepared and make necessary adjustments and replenish food when necessary.
Assist the Chef in the performance of his/her role.
Fully responsible and in charge of preparing a variety of food for guests in the outlets of the Hotel. Replace any section chefs during their absence.

Basic English
Team work
At least 1 year experience in the similar position focus in Dimsum field.
Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is a "plus"
