You will…
As an E2 Learning Advisor, you will professionally onboard and take care of current students, update and support study progress, and maintain relationships with families over time.
Your primary responsibilities include:
STUDENT SERVICES:

Contact parents to inform cancellation/schedule change of meetings with counselor;
Collaborate with Sales, Academic, Admin and Marketing departments to organize student activities;
Handle students/parents’ requests/concerns and student complaints;
Work with parents/students to prepare documents and application components in order to help them achieve highest results in the college/university admission;
Make weekly calls to update parents about students’ performance;
Support students struggling in college prep programs and counselors with students’ behavioral or academic issues.
Deal with students/parents’ requests/concerns. Produce deferment/refund report for finance department;
Follow up with counselors to understand students’ progress;

RE-ENROLLMENT SALES:

Follow up with absent, delayed and deferred students;
Communicate with parents to get confirmation of re-enrollment registration of existing students;
Other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager.
Follow up with parents to remind them to meet tuition payment deadline;
Coordinate with other departments to prepare for the new term;

You have…
These are the minimum requirements. We can&039;t accept you in this role unless you meet them all:

1-2 years of working experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling or Business Development;
Basic computer skills and willing to learn new platforms;
Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
Flexible and adaptable with changes;
Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
