Nhân Viên Chứng Từ (Forwarder, Bộ Phận Export)

- Follow other requests from Director.
- Prepare and complete import and export documents and procedures.
- Receive and compare the goods file with the actual quantity at the checkpoint. Contact your vendor to receive and check the validity of the voucher. Identify HS codes for exported products.
- Customs declaration. Document storage and export cost checks.
- Tracking progress of goods to ensure goods on schedule, quality and quantity. Solve problems related to exported shipments during transportation.
- Make plans for exporting, searching for goods, domestic suppliers, proposing to the director to select suppliers, partners. Drafting and signing contracts, exporting goods according to the Company&039;s business requirements. Perform transactions, negotiate, and contract with customers and suppliers.
- Track your order, contact the carrier and ensure the delivery schedule is as required
- Solve problems arising in the import and export process
- Update information on legal documents related to export goods.
- Perform procedures related to exporting goods, tracking customer liabilities. Manage, track orders, contracts, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery and collection of money on schedule.

- Graduated from College, University or higher majors related to foreign trade, import and export
- At least 1 year of experience in import and export at the forwarder company
- Good conversational English
- Careful, enthusiastic, responsible at work, able to withstand high pressure
- Have knowledge about import, export and international trade
