• Manage, train and direct the Centuryon Member and Guest check-in programs. Increase member satisfaction through effective implementation and management of New Centuryon Member Orientation. Handling CSR & feedback from Centuryon member at club level.
• Use a happiness fund to entertain and service Centuryon members
• Manage and coordinate all department related Centuryon events at the club for members
• Ability to manage a Centuryon Supplies budget/to do Inventory at the club.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with Centuryon Services Manager/Member Services Manager and other Departments
• Compile members feedback received verbal & written
• Ensure 5 stars services by maintaining top cleaning & maintenance standards
• Complete club audit and locker audit on daily basis
• Attend all the training provided from line managers and HR
• Raise your own standard to meet customer expectation
• Set your goal and achieve it yearly

• Experience in a customer service-oriented industry

• Study in Business and Hospitality is essential

• English speaking & writing are essential

• A genuine interest in working with and helping customers 

• A good understanding and experience in Customer Service

• Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character 

• A good understanding of numbers and planning 

• The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking 

• The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective way

• An understanding of computer systems and cash registers

• Proficient in MS Office products

• Exceptional communication skills based on service and have the ability to communicate Centuryon policies to all members  

*** Working time: 11 am- 8 pm (1 hour break time); Ability to work according to shifts
