*** Mission of the Operations Consultant
To coordinate between teachers, school, students, parents and other stakeholders for the effective delivery of the Cambridge International Program
*** Outcomes
The Operation Consultant is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
Assist teacher with disciplinary issues as needed
Communicate with school, teachers, parents and line manager regarding students’ progress and any issues that affect students’ learning / teachers’ teaching
Manage resources including electronic equipment, classroom facilities, and resource books for teachers and students
Other duties as required by line manager in line with the mission of the Cambridge International Project Assistant
Support teachers by maintaining schedule, assisting with photocopies and materials, and liaising with school regarding daily issues
Assist teacher in classroom (if required)
Track daily attendance and report to schools
Maintain Digital Portfolio by uploading students’ work and sharing with students/parents
Tutor weak students (if requested by teacher)
Translate comments and reports for parents (monthly)

*** Requirement:
Essential
● Computer literacy – MS Office/Google applications
● Holder of Bachelor’s degree
● Vietnamese national
● Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
● Proactive, interpersonal and detail-oriented
Preferred
● Experience of operations or customer service
● Experience working in the education field
● English language proficiency of B2 (IELTS 6.5) or higher
*** Working location:
Onsite at either Secondary Schools at the center districts of Hanoi, and at Atlantic’s office at 33 Lac Trung
