Job description:
*** For Quantity Surveyor - Vung Tau City:
Prepare Bill of Quantity base on Technique specification Shop drawing (Steel structure, exterior and furniture)
- Prepare material requirement, track and estimate materials in quota/norm.
- Cooperate with Factory Production team to set the norm and the loss of materials that can suitable to
practical requirement.
- Implement to work in ERP systems.
- Detail tasks will be discussed in the interview.
- Prepare and make the packing list.
*** For Senior Quantity Surveyor - Ho Chi Minh City:
- To improve and manage the cost database and other operation databases.
- To monitor, manage and check Bill of quantity (BQ), Pre-Tender Estimation (PTE), Tender Documentation, Cost
- To be able to do Value Engineering (VE).
- To do cost analysis record of project/ summary of project quantities.
- To prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other documents.
- To be able to create a Labor & Materials Cost Database
- Source for new contractors, suppliers and vendors for better terms and services.
- Analyze data input to ensuring budget control.
- Negotiate with Contractor/ Supplier and proposed quotations to secure best price.
- To follow up and update material prices trend on market.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Estimation, Cost Plan, Contract package.
- To monitor contractual records with Contractor and suppliers are in compliance to protect company interest
at all times.
- To show ability for training Quantity Surveyors.
- Detail tasks will be discussed in the interview.
- To demonstrate and understanding of contractual issues and to show an ability to prepare contractual letters.
- To be able to prepare outgoing docs to QA/QC standard.
- To be able to construct and write reports.
- To be able to advise and present matters to clients/ contractor/ consultants.

*Requirements:
- Willing to support / help colleague in the company.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- To be able to manage deadlines, work independently to carry out the task and meet deliverable expectation.
- Well understanding about building material.
- A plus + for work experience in quantity survey/ estimate the cost in Manufacturing facility Project,
- Experience with cost management and reporting of trade packages essential.
- To well understand about relevant projects / filing / recording.
- University graduate in Construction, Economic construction, Architect, Mechanic.
- Efficiency in MS office and QS software, Revit, Autocad.....
- Willing to work overtime / at weekend to fulfill the pending tasks or urgent requirement.
- Knowledge and experience of construction market is essential.
- To be carefully, hardworking, straightforward.
- At least 3-7 years Quantity Surveying experience.
- To be well presented, professional and present a good image for the firm.
- To show ability for dealing with both international and local clients directly and at meetings without supervision.
