Monitoring and evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
Periodically review system logs and reports to ensure that systems are working properly
Provide technical assistance to users, include hardware and software issue
Specify system requirements and design solutions and setup system if any
Develop and manage the documentation of systems, software, and processes
Provide technical support to systems and users
Maintaining security through updates, patches, and proper permissions.
Review and research new technologies in collaboration with the business requirement to facilitate more efficient installation, management, performance and support
Ensure systems are patched and updated with the latest version for both of hardware and software
Manage, operate and maintain the relevant systems
Installing Hardware and Software and manage virtual machines in the data center and the cloud.
Perform data backups and virtual machine backups

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred certifications ( CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, LPI, CompTIA Security+ , CEH, CISSP, CDCP, OCA, MCDBA, Veeam, VCA, VCP ...)

Experience:

Experience in deploying, installing, configuring Dell switches, Cisco switches, Dell firewalls, Fortinet firewalls, Juniper firewalls, Dell servers, HPE servers, ...
Experience in deploying, installing, configuring WAN, LAN, Wifi with controller, security policies...
Experience in Windows servers, Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, ...), VMWare vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, Veeam, Azure Active Directory Federated Services (AADFS), Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Internet Information Server (IIS), Routing Remote Access, SQL server, MySQL server, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Office 365, CWP, pfsense, SAP B1..
3 years working experience on IT System or equivalent position.
