1/ Server
- User management;
- Deploy policy to control user’s access right, security and equipment such as printer, network device, ..etc;
- Server maintenance;
- Server Data Backup & Recovery;
2/ Network system and device
- Manage and maintenance Fortigate 80E Firewall , Cisco Switch Catalyst 2960, QNAP, Synology, Wifi Router;
- Setup VPN for user ;
- Security Setup;
- Cloud Backup;
3/ Email System
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 exchange online;
4/ User support
- Internet connection, Outlook, Office application, antivirus;
- Install OS, office software, Design Software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, Artpro, etc;
- Install application on Mac OS and Windows OS;
- User data backup.
5/ Asset management
- Inventory check for IT equipments (based on current IT asset management process);
- Management for spare parts.
6/ General
- Management of software expiration date and propose to renew license on time;
- Make IT improvement proposal or perform approved IT improvement plan to follow security regulations of the company as well as corporation;
- Handle system troubles and ensure the effective preventive maintenance and investigation of all system resources;
- Manage, control and conduct periodically checking hardware, software asset.
- Provide technical support to other departments / users to handle errors related to computers, computer networks, application software;
- Monitor information security management, providing training on information security to other users;
- Perform regular vulnerability scanning, installing security patches and conduct remediation plan for systems;
- Timely report to direct manager about problem and request from users;
- Undertake other operations as instructed by the top Management and direct manager.
7/ Receive reports of trouble directly from users/ departments;
8/ Report for General Director or manager;
9/ Allow to request information from all user / departments for trouble shooting.
* Working day: From Monday to Saturday ( off 2-3 Saturday per month );
* Company car: pick from Dinh Tien Hoang District 1 and Bien Hoa city.

- University qualification (BA/Master) in Computer Science or related degree. Certificate in CCNA and/or MCSA is preferred;
- At least 5 years working experience for IT system. (System Infrastructure, Network, PCs / Printers );
- Good at IT security for hardware, softwares;
- Have good problem assessment and problem solving skill;
- Well-organized, logical thinking, attentive to detail and discipline;
- Creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (infrastructure, Security);
- Have good researching skill and ability to learn new technical skills;
- Teamwork oriented and willing to work under pressure;
- Honest and flexible in working;
- Proficient in English (strong English writing and reading skill).
