NHÂN VIÊN KẾ TOÁN DỰ ÁN

Purpose

This role will be the support role to Chief Accountant and functionally to the Business Controller / Finance Manager / Finance Director. Key areas of responsibility will include controlling project budget and financial reporting of TEKCOM CENTRAL.

Responsibilities and key activities

Ensure safeguard and usage of arrived machines, equipments and materials.
Produce standard financial reports for TEKCOM CENTRAL during project phase.
Take ownership roles of maintaining project budget control sheet.
Prepare and submit tax returns and liase with tax officers.
Produce spending forecast and cooperate with TEKCOM’s finance department to prepare funding for the project.
Maintaining accounting book during project phase.
Produce project spending and budget control reports.
Compliance control, process the payment request and execute payments.

Other:

Support management in ad hoc requests.
Review all contracts and related transactional documents to ensure the compliance to risk management framework (company policies, financial poplicies and legal compliance)
When the project has not started: receive the job handover and training in Binh Duong. When the project starts construction (7/2022 - 8/2022): officially working at the office & construction site of Binh Dinh factory

Advanced knowledge of Excel required
Bachelors’ degree in Account, finance or related
Excellent attention to detail (i.e. reconciliation)
Comfortable walking the manufacturing floor daily
Manufacturing ERP (enterprise resource planning) experience preferred
Can go to work in Binh Dinh
Ability to look for new ways for the company to improve
Good written and oral communication
High energy and strong curiosity
Prior manufacturing company experience preferred
2 to 5 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
