This is a position that focuses on delivering exceptional service to our internal and external team.
All whilst providing valuable input to the R&D division on new product concepts to deliver new and exciting products to market.
Develop Vision and Strategy:
• Participates in planning to achieve prescribed department and company objectives
• Makes recommendations to resolve, while being able to review from those with less experience
and providing support and guidance – supporting our internal and external network with technical
queries and troubleshooting.
Manage Financial Resources:• Basic understanding of solution costs – whether product/install related or troubleshooting
Deliver Physical Products / Deliver Services:
• Have an understanding of lighting design philosophy to assist in guiding internal and external members
• Assist with product development by providing feedback on improvements, documentation and educating parties on product knowledge
• Independently carries out responsible and varied engineering assignments and delivers to a high level, requiring experienced lighting knowledge
System:
• Ability to conduct lighting calculations using either DIALux or agi32 to a level that does not require supervision
• Can review less experienced team member’s calculations and align with the organisation’s standard
Manage Enterprise Risk & Compliance:
• Able to solve problems using a combination of experience and knowledge
• Strong level of understanding of Unios product, compliance and general wiring rules/safety
Develop and Manage Human Capital:
• Verifies, maintains and produces educational content beneficial to the organisation via our central knowledge platform
• Able to mentor newer / less experienced team members, and provide feedback to Team lead on performance
• Able to provide suggestions on team dynamic and missing gaps within the team
• Prepares and participates in training programs in various departments, product and educational workshops
