- Masonry work such as wall and floor tiles, bathtub, toilet bowl and wash basin.
- To record daily consumption of electric & water, fulfil department’s technical checklists.
- Swimming pool equipment operation & pool water treatment.
- Checking periodically and recording of fresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (maximum) water level is maintain at all times.
- Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip- top condition in terms of performance & cleanliness.
- To clean chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, A/C controls, exhaust and ventilation system and ensure the system is running smoothly.
- To ensure that A/C, sanitary & plumbing system of the hotel are well maintained.
- Chemical treatment of swimming pool water and equipment.
- Hot and cold water supply system, fire and fresh water tank etc.
- Report immediately any malfunction of equipment or unusual defects to his superior and take action accordingly.
- To check cold rooms, fridges, ice machines etc. periodically and keep them in tip- top condition.
- Piping leakage, pipe line, sprinkler, hose reel, wet risers, leakage due to structural defect.
- Attend to banquet function order request.
- Respond & attend to fire alarm or emergencies as the occasion arises.

- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
