Nhân Viên Logistic

1. Follow up & update shipment schedule.
2. Check shipping documents.
3. Handle customs declaration procedure of equipment and spare part & handle issues related to Post-customs clearance audit.
4. Make & follow up cargo delivery plan.
5. Contact with suppliers in case of any arising issues related to cargo as requested by customers or other departments, prepare explanation letters (if necessary) and send to suppliers for confirmation.
6. Be in charge of cargo insurance and installation insurance.
7. Settle for forwarding cost, insurance fee, inspection fee and additional charges in ERP system

1. Education: Graduating University;
2. Experiences: Less than 2 years of experience in related field;
3. Basic communication English (writing skill and reading skills are required);
4. Good at MS Office;
5. Soft skills: problem - solving skill, logical thinking skill;
6. Other requirements: good knowledge about Customs regulations and Vietnam laws, have experience in working with Vietnam Customs Officers

1. 13th salary in year, performance review salary twice a years.
2. Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Laws and
Global Insurance according to Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam.
3. Professional and active working environment.
4. International training according to Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam.
