Marketing Executive

•Conceives and develops efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for all branches in Brilliant brand including Brilliant Hotel Danang, Brilliant Majestic Villa Hotel, Brilliant Seafood Restaurant

•Organizes and oversees advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts

•Conducts market research and analysts to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

•Initiates and controls surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

•Takes responsibility for brand image.

•Writes copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, social media etc.)

•Maintains relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

•Monitors progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

•Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

•Other duties may be assigned.

•4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing/ PR/ Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;

•Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

•Familiarity with social media and web analytics

•Excellent communication and people skills

•Strong organizational and time-management abilities

•Creativity and commercial awareness

•Proficient in MS Office. Photo shooting & design knowledge are advantages.

•Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
