Generall Job Description:

The Hazardous Material Management staff position is responsible for implementing the hazardous material management system throughout the factory. This position ensures company policy meets or exceeds customer standards and all applicable country or international laws necessary to properly transport, store, and use hazardous materials throughout the factory. In addition to supporting the development and implementation of the hazardous materials management system, this position will also work with the Sustainable Business team to reduce the impact chemical use has on the environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Compliance implement customer and legal requirements with regard to hazardous materials at the factory
Ensure 100% daily targets achievement.
100% comply with company regulations and procedures (including safety, hygiene & environment standards).

Tasks:

Update and manage hazardous material procedure,PCB, RSL/MRSL and MSDS
Periodic internal assessment ensures compliance with the requirements of law and the environment, according to the ISO assessment plan
Implementing the hazardous material management system throughout the factory
Determine the risks and opportunities of hazadous materials related activities
Monitor and update internal and external problems related to hazadous material
Implement daily 6S & involve in daily Lean2.0 activities (Skills development; Quality circle; employee well-being kaizens…etc.)
Report Near miss, unsafe conditions and action & participate in safety activities.
Support the operation of SB department
Self-involve practical problems solving, kaizen activities & escalating the problems that can not be solved.

English communication fluently
Graduated from University of Chemistry orEnvironment
