Nhân Viên Mua Sắm Kỹ Thuật (Procurement Staff - Technical Major )

The technical buyer is in charge of purchasing activities of goods/ services belong to indirect category (technical purchasing) with the aim to achieve cost effectiveness in all purchasing transactions, on time delivery, correct quality of purchased goods/ services to best serve requesters.Receive, check, clarify specification of items of indirect purchasing request (PR) from requesters; record; track PRs handling statusDo sourcing to find more potential suppliers if neededPerform supplier evaluation, propose/ select supplier for assigned material/ servicesPrepare PO in ERP system and follow up down payment and delivery of POs/ contracts to make sure the ordered goods/services will be delivered on time according the agreed scheduleProvide technical advises/ market information to requesters where appropriatePrepare supplier list and perform supplier annual evaluation especially for key/ high spend suppliersPrepare reports as requestedPerform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or Purchasing Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Good interpersonal and negotiation skill
Ability to communicate in English (intermediate level)
Good at MS Office, Internet, working by email
Willing to learn new things and adapt to new working process
Assiduous, honest, integrity, responsible working style and detail orientation
Minimum College degree from prestige university(technical or engineering major is must)
