TRAINING
• Provides excellent customer service to our customers with professionalism.
• Models and demands positive work ethic in day to day activities as a role model for our trainees/junior baristas.
TIME MANAGEMENT
• Reports to work on time daily--MUST be dependable
• Adequately manages time in order to accomplish departmental and personal work goals
• Manages work schedule and arrange for task/duty completion given potential absence
OPERATION MANAGEMENT
• Contact and liaise with clients, potential partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Schedule, organize, and attend meetings as requested.
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
• Support the company’s mission, vision, values, and goals in the performance of daily activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 3 years experience in coffee shops as a barista, trainer and/or manager
• Ability to achieve multiple goals/objectives simultaneously

• 12,000,000 base salary;
• 400,000đ monthly phone and parking allowance;
• ++ commission and bonus;
• 2 days off/ week before official opening; 1 day off/ week after official opening;
