Nhân Viên Pháp Chế (Legal Staff)

Implement procedures related to game license application, investment licenses, Branch Licenses, and all internal document are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time and in line with constantly changing laws and business models of the Company;
To review and prepare contracts/agreements in relation with the business of company;
Ensuring the legality in operations of enterprises, effectively manage business risk in line with the laws of Vietnam;
Ensure that the policies of the Company are in compliance with the relevant laws of Vietnam
Regularly update the Board of Management on the amendments and introduction of new laws and regulations. Responsible to provide quality legal service to protect the interest of the Company.
Work closely with the Board of Management to provide strategic input and advice on all legal matter when required.
To assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time. Other tasks requested by the General Director / Head of Branch

University degree with LAW major.
Deep experience in Game and IT field is advantage and preferable
Excellent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese; specialist Law major English
Independent, active solving work
Working in hard pressure, challenging;
Creative, management skill and self-driven;
Mature, diligent, can work well as a team member as well as independently
Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations;
CV in English is required

Work 5 days / week, from Monday to Friday (8h30 - 12h00, 13h00 - 17h30).
