DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistency checking and make sure the buffet station should to be clean properly. Proactive that inform to chef for refill up the food into buffet.
To be obliged to pay compensation in case of breakdown in management, deliberate or intentional act, causing loss & damage, financial, products... of the company corresponding to the level of damage and losses in practice.
Co-operate with other departments likes hostess and kitchen to do a good job overall
Engage with the guest in a conversation to ensure product and service quality are provided. Collection of positive and negative feedback during the guests used service at First Lounge
If staff are doing morning shift when ending of the shift need to handover all tasks to evening shift. If staff doing evening need to be last shift cleaning likes tables, chairs, buffet station, back side are cleaned then need to preparation for next day.
Receive & implement other tasks that requested by management
To clean the side station, service trolleys. Assign staff to maintain the cleanliness of the furniture.
Daily checking the menu as well as know about all of product are providing at First Lounge BAV.
Anticipate in short briefing with all members on duty for leading, arrangement staff from Duty Manager base on occupancy during a day. Also give suggestion and supporting to provide an excellent service standard.
To ensure stations are kept clean, fully equipped and there is sufficient is ready serving guest.
Make sure the table should clean then reset table set up for change table napkins/placemat, silverware, glasses according service standard of First Lounge BAV.

To make sure that all our Ladies and Gentlemen are consistently offering warm welcome and greet guest. Express and show your smile, make eyes contact and professionally at all the time, Using the guest’s name because you are the guest’s first impression of Bamboo Airways Lounge.
Introduce yourself with the guests then show buffet station, offer the choice of coffee/ tea, juices, as well as any specialty selections offered that day
Always observe when guests have completed their last course and must be inform the guests before remove these items, the table should be completely cleared of all plates, silverware, empty classes
Always pay attention to work with well grooming and in neat, clean full attired uniform, name tag according to Lounge’s dress code.
Approach the guest to buffet area. In case the guest order hot food with chef that Server need to assist for pick up hot food bring to the table as requested. Confirm the order before serving food to the guests
Make report as manager’s request
On behalf of the Lounge manager while he/ she was going out to handle & solve out the customer complain about the quality of food & drink. However, server also has to report manager for pay extra service to customer

Check back area to clean all of cutleries, chinaware, glassware that was still pending from previous shift.
Assist kitchen staff to wash dirty items, clean all items for ready adding buffet station, use for table set up
Responsibility to completed buffet station set up like present food tag, tongs, especially preparation of tea, coffee, juices, cold water are ready for serving the guests
Check station table settings are in order, chairs are properly in line with the correct number of seats, table linen and napkins are neat and clean, there are no spots, no torn linen, fresh flowers and a center piece. There are no spots and stains on cushions and carpet.
