 Job Summary:
 Production Productivity / Efficiency/ output improvement.
 Responsible on department KPI improvement.
 Lean implementation
 Material utilization.
 Responsible to define process flow, layout planning, headcount planning and improvement.
 Machine Utilization and process standardization.
 Job Duties and Responsibilities:-
 Review VSM performance and initiate improvement actions required for the department.
 Setup SOP for new / improved process / operation and standardization.
 Work with respective parties on method and machines, device and work aid tools improvement.
 Lean implementation and cost saving projects.
 Quality/ FPY improvement and rework reduction.
 Review line balancing for new styling and work together with Production & QA or related parties
 Cost Saving
 Review OB operation list with respective group to optimize efficiency and to set production target together with production.
 New machines and method evaluation, qualification and mass production.
 Work with QA- analyze quality defects and provide analysis and process improvement to improve quality.

 IE candidate
 Working Industrial Engineering min 2 year’s experience and above(experience apparel industrial will priority )
 Education background:- min high diploma & degree major in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering…ets
 Tools knowledge :- 
 Microsoft :- Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio..etc
 Drawing :- AutoCAD
 Time calculation :- Stop watch time
