Nhân Viên Spa Trị Liệu (Spa Therapist)

- Serve the ginger tea to the guests when required.
- Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Spa Management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and own treatment rooms.
- Organize treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards.
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
- Carry out monthly stock count, both retail and professional stock
- Personally log all product recommendations.
- Request and collect the stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms.
- Be responsible for quality control of stock.
- Fill in documents / controls / reports for duty.
- Record daily requisitions in the balance or record book.
- Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
- Perform face and body treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards.
- Complete written prescriptions for guests whenever applicable.
- Update the communications book on daily events if any.
- Serve the welcome drink to the guests when required.
- Develop, supervise, and monitor stock control procedures to therapists.
- Establish, implement, update and monitor of the Spa training manual in stock control procedures.
- Set up the treatment rooms as per Six Senses Spas standards.
- Make sure treatment rooms have enough supplies at all times and as per Six Senses Spas standards.
- Report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to the Management.
- Keep yourself busy i.e. training, retail, cleaning spa.
- Be responsible for quality control of stock.
- Stock up the treatment rooms with the necessary supplies.
