Nhân Viên Thiết Kế Đồ Hoạ (Graphic Designer) Full-time

POSITION PURPOSES
The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a professional portfolio of work, including artwork and illustration, and countless creative ideas for telling visual stories; be a part of the team developing the first sustainable travel website in Vietnam, and use graphic design skills to help restart tourism in the province of Quang Nam.
MAJOR TASKS
· Assist with artwork, icons, and illustrations
· Remain up-to-date with current trends in design, UX and UI
· Create animated gifs, stickers and text
· Conceptualise, draft, and design creative ad banners, social media graphics, GIFs and stickers, travel booklets, infographics, and graphics for videos
· Assist as needed with designs for offline events
· Work in collaboration with the digital marketing team to create graphics to support digital marketing activities for Quang Nam tourism on the website and social media
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in designing for travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands a plus
· Minimum of 2 years working as a professional designer, with experience in conceptualising and designing digital ads (banner ads, Facebook ads) and creating art and illustrations from scratch
· Fluent in English
· Professional, proactive, creative and reliable; organized and detail-oriented; able to communicate and collaborate well; able to follow brand guidelines
· Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related discipline
· Working knowledge of online user behaviour and reader behaviour a plus
· Advanced knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
