PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Analyze, troubleshooting, and resolving system (hardware, software) and networking issues to ensure systems running with well performance, meet SLA.
Monitor server health, server performance and audit logs to ensure the system is performing well;
Manage software licenses and keep the document up-to-date;
Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating;
Maintain all hardware and software logs and ensures they are updated as per departmental working procedures and ensures that all system back-ups are taken regularly;
Work as a bridge between end-users and 3rd parties
Implement new projects /tasks assigned by Corporate IT
Carry out repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, switches, camera systems, and timekeeper machines;
Monitor and operate the backup systems to make sure the company data is backed up and recoverable in a fast;

REQUIREMENTS
Have a knowledge in SAP / ITSM is plus
University/College graduate majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields;
Good at troubleshoot network infrastructure and architecture problems;
Having good experience and understanding of Microsoft applications such as Domain controller including AD, DHCP, DNS, File server, Office365 and Virtual infrastructure of server (Hyper-V, VMWare etc.) and desktop virtualization;
Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MySQL, SSRS, Reporting tools
At least 2 years’ experience working as technical support
Adaptable, proactive, innovative and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team;
Must have a good understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN and network diagram
Experience in Cisco router / firewall devices are plus
