Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu

- Supervising all service providers performing Customs clearance and transportation services
- Customs declaration, proficient in ECUSS / VNACCS software
- Make internal payment request for related import and export expenses
- Follow up related foreign sales contracts
- Apply for C/O, specialized licenses at the request of customers
- Coordinate with production department on cargo planning, work with forwarders to schedule booking, packing schedule, handle issues related to documents, customs declaration, cargo clearance, necessary documents.
- Coordinate with Logistics team Arrange to transfer imported containers to the Factory
- Arrange train booking schedule
- Coordinate with forwarders to complete shipping documents
- Control the factory&039;s import and export data, receive and check import and export data from warehouse software, customs software
- Based on factory data, make and make related reports, customs settlement reports
- Update legal regulations on import and export activities

Yêu cầu công việc

- 5 years experience in similar position
- Age 30 and up
- Graduated from college or university with majors related to customs, foreign trade, commerce
- Having experience at companies specializing in processing, manufacturing and exporting

- Salary: 13 - 20 million VND
- 4 Sundays off, every other Saturday of the month
