Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu - Im-Export Staff

Managing insurance claim if any.
Be in charge in all Importing process related to logistics and customs declaration. To communicate and contact with fowarders, customers/suppliers on receiving and delivery schedule to make Import-Export plan (booking confirmation, MAWB Bill, commercial invoice, packing list etc.)
Assure to comply all Purchasing policies, both global and local
To do customs declaration in Ecus systems – inclusive updating and managing of leasing machines and equipment list within a specific time frame. To buy import/export insurance as required by Law, to preapare CO if required by Customs.
Monitoring fowarders and evaluating them monthly.
To make sales contract and checking import documents. To prepare necessary documents to make licenses such as Chemical Licenses.
To carry out procedures and declaration for registration of production facilities, registration of location inspection, registration of processing contracts for import export in EPE and settlement reports.
To facilitate and work with multi function team to compile/submit records & managements of import export data. To make annual Customs Inventory Report to be submitted to local Customs office.
- Represent company when dealing with local authorities and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Comply with Global anti-corruption and bribery policies.
- Maintain document/ISO system related to Logistics periodically.

- Careful, responsible individual, good interpersonal skill, able to complete the assigned tasks with minimize supervision and enjoying working in a team.
- Fresh graduate and experienced in Import-Export in manufacturing are welcomed.
- Language : Good command of English, able to converse and report in English.
- Excellent in Microsoft offices such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Education: At least University graduate with major in import-export international economics or other related field
- Be a strict negotiator, manage task from starting to finishing & ability to work at a fast pace, prioritise work and organise themselves well in a varied role to ensure deadlines are met.

Company bus pick-up from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen to factory in Yen My (Hung Yen)
Annual salary review, twice bonus per year
Take care health of employees (vaccination, Covid testing, periodic health checking)
