Support PC staff in documents, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and ensuring that the best prices are obtained
Co-working with other deparments in preparing and arranging quality documents GMP, HACCP, ISO, MSC, BRC, etc. activities
Preparing Weekly, monthly, yearly import-exporting report under Head of Manager’s request
Play the intermediary role between suppliers and company.
Research and update the price, reporting to Asst manager.
Follow import, export shipments, co-working with forwarders and vendors to arrange shipments, completing customs, health inspection procedures and ensure the correction of shipping documents (contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading...) and customs declaration forms.
Take care of jobs related to the import – export activities of the company and buying goods from overseas.
Other tasks assigned

Negotiation skills
Understanding of supply chain procedures
At least 3 year experience in Import & Export, foreign trade or related fields.
Good in English, especially communicating
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related majors.
