NURSE
Assists with initial investigations of work related illness and accident and report immediately to manager for timely actions
Provide emergency and first aid care for on the job injuries and illness.
Order medicine for clinic operations and make proper records of usage, report monthly.
Propose healthcare and wellness activities and actively implement them
Plan to implements Resort’s occupational, health safety policies and procedures.
Ensure first-aid box system is in place and refilled frequently at resort and staff house
Organize and follow up medical check-up as required for staffs
Do other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Proactively maintains the confidentiality of all records.
Serve in work illness and accident prevention committee, and be active in educating staffs about health and medical care.
Guide and process insurance claim for staffs timely.
Provide medical attention, emotional support or other personal care to colleagues and guests
Be active in establish and monitor internal first aider team, ensure they get trained as law requirement and organize frequent practice and check at resort to keep them practicing from time to time
Maintain clinic equipment and tools in good conditions, be responsible for repair request timely, propose and order addition equipment where required.
Provide proper health care advice to colleagues, be the medical support provider for 24 hour coverage at resort and staff house
Establish a record system related to first-aid and medical support activities, following local law and brand standards
Process report to local authorities and managers as required
2. WELFARE & ACTIVITIES
May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Assist on organizing events or activities for colleagues, be responsible for sport activities administrative assistance when requires (contract preparation, payment documentary progress, etc.)
Bus Management: Provide administrative assistance on arranging driver’s roster, bus schedule and other inquiries if any.
Staff meals updates: Design and posting the menu to notice board for our colleagues weekly. Prepare the monthly report to Finance Department.
Locker Management: Provide administrative assistance, for example: provide assignment for new colleague (locker number, key), check and collect when they do their clearance, conduct the period spot check, inventory report, etc...
Canteen area: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the general conditions of staff canteen in order and well-managed, remind them when necessary
