Ensure that all mise en place is prepared to the highest quality as per standards set by the superiors.
Inform superior of ingredient quantities when the stock levels are low and ensures there are always enough for the day to day usage.
Washes and peels ingredients in order for them to be used in the production of dishes.
You will always maintain a healthy work environment with a high standard of Personal Hygiene
You will prepare all Mise en Place as required and directed on a daily basis
You will assist the Demi chef de Partie/Chef de Partie /Sous Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards in your section comply with Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards
Attend all daily briefings and always support the team and be flexible to work across different sections of the kitchen as per your skills set and the business needs
You will attend all shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are meet in line with Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy
Uphold the Hotels Stringent Hygiene Policy and ensure that all SOP’s are covered
Ensure the set up and replenishment of buffets.
Store ingredients in dedicated containers, making sure that they are best preserved and labelled according to standard.
Assist superiors in the pickup of requisition and in organizing it in the corresponding storage.
