Ocean Freight Senior (10 Million – 15 Million)

- Follow up with accountant to issue invoice & collect payment.
- Others assignments by supervisor.
- Daily tracing/checking with shipping lines on export shipment status & update to customers/overseas agents.
- Handle customer enquiries, and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
- Handle Ocean export/import shipments including Documentation, Trucking arrangement, Customs formalities, sending pre-alerts, issuing debit notes, inputting selling/buying cost into system.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
- Check & do filing on a monthly basis as per standard requirements.

- Have experience in freight forwarding. 2-3 year working experience in Shipping\Forwarding company.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Ability to delegate and multitask is a must.
- Background in International Business
- Education College Degree, BBA, Bachelors Degree, International Business
