* Initiate and execute sourcing requirements and need for plant (both domestic & oversea sources);
* New supplier assessment recommendation/review and onboarding which include conducting audits;
* Negotiation with supplier about business condition & contract review;
* Support and proactively look for improvements to the sourcing process;
* Work with suppliers and internal team on any discrepancies related to new source materials;
* Work with internal teams to support their purchasing needs;
* Monitor sourcing for new product and transfer project. Source for new Suppliers as needed/required;
* Implement cost saving activities;
* Analyze buying patterns, products and suppliers in the location to consolidate and manage spent on indirect suppliers;

I/ EDUCATION:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred
- College (Major: Economic/ Finance)
II/ EXPERIENCE: 2 years in Purchasing or Sourcing field
III/ OTHERS:
Have good interpersonal skills and strong analytical capabilities. Good understanding on contracts agreement. Compliance & Integrity
Good knowledge and skills of manufacturing processes, purchasing or sourcing process.
English (oral and written)
Have basic knowledge about Purchasing/Sourcing operation
International and local business laws.
Kaizen and innovation skills
Good virtue
