Heroines is a creator- growth project led by 4AM, a Seoul- based K- beauty marketing team behind campaigns for top global beauty brands.
We nurture emerging creators into globally recognized voices by supporting them through every step of the content process- from concept to shoot to edit.
We are seeking a TikTok Video Editor who can turn raw beauty footage into scroll- stopping, trend- conscious short- form content that feels native to TikTok.
Within this system, our editors play a key role in shaping each heroine’s visual tone, rhythm, and storytelling style. Rather than simply cutting clips, you’ll help define how each creator’s story feels- and how K- beauty is seen by audiences worldwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION
💼 Your Role
As a TikTok Video Editor- K- beauty, you will:
Edit short- form vertical videos primarily for TikTok
Handle:
Collaborate with the internal team to align on mood, audience, and message
Cut editing and pacingBasic edit effects and transitionsLight skin retouching and smoothingSubtitles and on- screen textOverlays, stickers, and motion elements
Align your edits with beauty TikTok trends, hooks, and storytelling styles
When there is no clear reference, plan the edit flow yourself based on the footage and concept

Meeting daily turnaround times within your 4- hour work window

REQUIREMENTS
🧠 Who You Are
You actively watch beauty TikTok and stay updated on editing trends and styles
You understand what makes someone stop scrolling and keep watching
You can transform imperfect raw footage into polished, natural content
You work fast and adapt quickly in a daily content environment
You communicate clearly and proactively ask questions when needed
✅ Must- Haves
Experience editing short- form vertical videos (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
Skilled in:
Cut editing
Basic effects
Light skin retouching
Subtitles and overlays
Proficiency in CapCut (company license provided)
Ability to commit to 4 hours of daily work
Independence to make creative decisions without heavy guidance
💎 Nice- to- Have
Experience with beauty, skincare, or makeup content
Familiarity with English TikTok subtitle styles
Understanding of US/global TikTok beauty trends
Basic sense of branding and visual consistency

Rate: 6,000,000- 8,000,000 VND
